Make ice packs out of sponges

Ice Pack
Wet a sponge with water, put in Ziploc® bag, and freeze.

After each use you don't have to re-wet it, just re-freeze.

These have lasted much longer then those ice packs that you buy, since they don't pop.

You can also add alcohol to the mixture as it has a lower freezing temperature than water. These ice packs will stay cold longer!

Very nice for little kids!
