Duct tape prevents blisters on your feet

Blisters
No time to break in those new hiking books or running shoes? Going on a 7 day trek through Africa or Nepal? Wrap your heel with duct tape before putting your socks on. Use a couple layers of tape on the areas you want to protect from blisters so perspiration from your feet doesn't dislodge the tape.
