Coffee Grounds to Tenderize Meats

  1. That's a nice description of coffee grounds but how do you use them to tenderize meat? Do you just shove a steak into a bag of wet coffee grounds? do you add anything to the grounds (like wine, or vinegar, or water, or??? How long ? How much? Please add a little detail to the process for us dummies. Thank you.
