Use of an Iron for Relieving Back and Muscle Pain

Back and Muscle Pain
1) Heat your clothes iron, use very low setting!
2) Put the iron in a soft and thick bundled cloth. Heat should penetrate the cloth wrapper
3) Apply the warm cloth wrapped iron to your sore back or other sore muscles (often a friend is needed to apply to the back)
4) Use as tolerated, short duration at first
5) Repeat the process as needed
