Warm yourself up with Cayenne

On cold days there is an easy way to warm up with cayenne (without eating it.)

1) Take powdered cayenne and apply to the soles of your feet. You should notice a warming sensation right away.

2) Put on socks. The socks will further warm your feet and keep the cayenne from rubbing off.

3) Wash your hands (you don't want to rub your eyes with cayenne on your hands!)
