Lemon, Ginger, Garlic and Honey to Help with a Sore Throat

Sore Throat
If you feel a cold or flu coming on, or a sore throat, do the following:

1) Juice one lemon, chop up two cloves of garlic and one inch of fresh ginger.

2) Put all ingredients in a mug and add lemon juice and enough hot water to fill the cup plus a tablespoon of honey.

3) Then drink it down. Brave (and healthy) people drink the liquid with the ginger and garlic. Less brave ones strain that stuff out and just do the liquid.

Works well before feeling ill to boost your immune system.

  1. as garlic and vitamin-rich foods and natural antibiotics to me he has an excellent flavor and we like turkey, we are frequently consumed even better is the swine flu.
