Empty coffee cans make great arts and crafts for the kids.

1) The kids can decorate the container with paper and glue to hold cards, paper, or writing utensils.

2) With parents supervision kids can spray paint the container with the choice of their own cool colors. And to enhance it more, kids may stick some Valentine's stickers to add some extra beauty to it.

Re-Hydrate your Body and Cure a Hangover

This one was used for ages at Philadelphia General Hospital, may still be for all I know. It basically replenishes lost electrolytes. It is sort of why eating potatoes and the water they cooked in helps, lots of potassium and liquid to re-hydrate your body. raises blood sugar and the baking soda rebalances the pH of blood.

8 oz of fresh OJ
2 TBSP sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt

Stir well and serve over chipped ice.
